We specialise in authentic Filipino street food, especially Cebu-style BBQ cooked over charcoal. Our menu includes pork BBQ skewers, chicken inasal, rice bowls, noodles, and Filipino-inspired street eats.

3. Can I hire your food truck for private events?

Yes — we cater for private events, birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, and festivals. Whether it’s a small gathering or a large crowd, we can tailor a setup to suit your event.

4. How much does it cost to hire your food truck?

Pricing depends on the size of your event, location, and menu selection. We offer flexible options starting from $25.00 per head. The best way is to request a quote, and we’ll get back to you quickly.

5. Do you offer catering without the food truck?

Yes — we also offer Filipino catering for events where a full food truck setup isn’t required. This is perfect for outdoor venues where a charcoal BBQ can be used.

6. How many people can you serve?

We can serve both small and large events. For busy events, we optimize our menu for speed and volume so you’re not stuck with long wait times. We don't have any strict limit on numbers, but typically we will include a service charge for less than 100 guests.

7. Do you have vegetarian or dietary options?

Yes — we offer options like vegan lumpia (spring rolls) and can cater to different dietary needs where possible. Let us know your requirements when booking.

8. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event seasons like summer and Fringe. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability. Ideally a few months in advance.

9. What do you need from the event organiser?

We typically require:

  • Space to park and operate

  • Access to power (depending on setup)

  • Confirmation of event details in advance
