Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

  • We ask for a 10 % deposit to secure your booking

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable unless we agree to move the catering to another date.

  • The remainder of the balance is payable 48 hours before the event

Service Charges (by agreement) â€‹

  • A $500 service charge may apply to bookings for fewer than 100 guests.

  • A travel surcharge may apply to events outside the Adelaide metropolitan area.

  • A generator-hire fee may apply when venue power is unavailable.
